1. What kind of materials do you use in your artwork?

Recyclable paper, 10 mil (0.25 mm) thick,  glossy (minimal) , matte finish (minimal), fingerprint resistant.

2. Are frames provided for artwork piece?
Not at this time. 

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes (disclaimer)

4. How long is the shipping process?
Each piece is made on demand by a third-party company once your order has been placed. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed. You will later receive a shipping confirmation update. Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be delivered. Thank you so much for your patience. A friendly reminder to double-check your desired shipping address before submitting an order.

5. Where is my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking notification email as soon as your order has been shipped.

6. Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes, a limited number of commission availability are open once a month. Please contact cayatanita@outlook.com for further instructions on commission pieces.

7. What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We strive to provide you with high-quality prints and and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. if you receive a damaged item, please contact cayatanita@outlook.com with an image of the damaged item as well as your order number and name. You will receive an update status for approval or denial of your purchase.

8. Are you open to partnerships and collaborations?
Yes, Cayatanita Pieces is open to hearing potential partnership and collaboration ideas. Feel free to email cayatanita@outlook.com for more information.

9. Are gift cards available?
Yes and unfortunately they are Non-Refundable.

10. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, The goal is to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle ♻️

12. How long does it take for an email response?
Please allow up to 48-72 hours for an email response and we Thank you so much for your patience.

Where is my order?
